This is a secondary transition training, affectionately known as ‘Passport to Their Future.’ Best for parents of children with diverse abilities ages 14-22, this training will focus on teaching parents special education law as it pertains to transition through high school into the rest of life and the opportunities it offers. It also emphasizes supporting your young adult throughout this process and giving them the tools to promote and encourage them to become the leader of their own team.
