The Cycle 31 Grant Applicants have been selected from those who submitted concept papers. Full applications/proposals will ONLY be accepted from those on the Selected Applicants List.

The letters sent out on February 6, 2008 were meant to inform Cycle 31 applicants of the technical review of all submitted Concept Papers. If the submitted Concept Paper passed the technical review process it has gone onto the Program Development Committee (PDC) for further review.
