Legislative Committee

The Legislative Committee shall monitor the implementation of Division 4.5 of the California Welfare and Institutions Code and the Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act (42 U.S.C. 6000 et seq) and implement State Plan objectives as assigned by the Council.
